What is Mayor Frank Mullens' vision?

Highlights for next term will be to complete Park Place, develop the 20 acre site along the new Jefferson Rd. interchange.  Mayor Mullens' focus continues to be on quality of life improvements such as new recreation activities at neighborhood parks, continuing to grow the farmers market, and development of river access with a boat ramp. We hope to build new community center with upgraded amenities. and work with WVU Medicine Thomas Hospitals on continuing growth and services at the hospital and surrounding the campus with new businesses in Spring Hill. We will continue to provide the best services in state.
